Burnt hashbrowns, burnt croissant, iced sweet tea that didn't taste right, like it was old. I'd post a photo if this would let me. Very disappointing. I don't do negative reviews but this was bad. I was offered new hashbrowns but they weren't much better. I was told the cook wasn't there so that explains it I suppose. I left without finishing my meal. EDIT.....My friend came out (because I went outside to wait for her) and said she was offered a refund for both meals. The young gentleman (Tommy) was extremely nice and apologetic..

Manager Tommy is very positive and professional . This is contagious and creates an entire positive work environment, making everyone else around him shine. Great team, need more teams like this in times like this.

The quality of food and service is atrocious. Seems like no one knows the recipes to drinks. The place itself is NOT clean. I had to go inside to get a refund and noticed how gross the counters are.

Must be new policy to just throw everything in one bag... Three donuts in one bag two were chocolate frosted. And why would they put two wake up wraps in one bag... What if one was for someone else. Staff was nice though they had almost no donuts left not even a Boston cream. I guess this is the new normal
