This hotel is a nice convenient beach access location. It is a good location to walk into either the restaurant and shopping areas but also near the water. We have a view of the ocean from our room that is pretty sweet. Overall worth a stay here but not sure if it fits the aesthetic my boyfriend and I like to have with our hotels. But definitely worth a stay and it will be fun!

We stayed in September of 2021. We really enjoyed our stay. I really loved that you have to have a key card to access any of the floors with rooms. The room was nice and staff was attentive. Breakfast was good and I love that surf style is right across the street along with other eating places within walking distance and of course the BEACH! Valet parking was nice and the price wasn’t bad for the four nights we stayed. I only wish the pool was a bit bigger and a hot tub. Other than that I would visit again.

This is my 4 time stay in this hotel. The only reason why I give a two star is because the big issues that I had with valet while staying here, but otherwise I would definitely stay here again if they clean the valet parking staff. This is the second bad experience that I have with the valet parking. The prior time that I stay in this hotel my car was hit at the valet parking and they blame a hotel guest for the accident when is supposed to be a valet parking only. Guest are not supposed to be driving there car period. I'm a disabled veteran so this time I asked the to park the car on the bottom floor and not to be moved for the time that I stay in the hotel. They told me that it will not be an issue and took my keys. Not even 3 hours late the car was moved. when I went to ask I was told that it was moved to park a employee car from the same valet staff. When i brought the issue with the manager of the valet parking. That employee that moved my car to park his did not like it and stated to be super aggressive and very unprofessional. He started to threatening me and using profanity words in front of my family and other guests. This employee should have been fire on the spot or at least suspended that night and they did nothing. I brought up the problem personally with the general manager he started that he will personally address the problem. I hope he will. They definitely need better staff at the valet parking. For the other part the hotel was VERY clean and ALL of the front desk staff was friendly and professional like always. The complimentary breakfast had PLENTY of options and the pool was nice. The hotel location is super.

Way too expensive. $29 a day to park! Pool gets a lot of shade so it's not very warm. Breakfast is a joke; they run out of stuff and don't refill it. Things broke in the room and they don't fix it. Vanity light on right side of bathroom mirror was out. Rust on shower soap holder and base of shower. Black mold in shower. USBs didn't work at the desk. Water leaks out of shower and wall paper peeling off. An expensive DUMP!

📌Exit Residence Inn 📌Cross a street 📌Enter a large beach retailer which has high end groceries including alcohol (great for picnics!), beach supplies, an indoor surfing pool (if it rains!) 📌Exit and cross the cool beach road (with bikers, runners, cars full of sightseers) onto the beach! You can 👉Rent chairs and cabanas from people on the beach selling them 👉eat ice cream from the cute little shop right on the beach 👉eat at many outdoor restaurants facing the water (adjacent to that beach retailer) Residence Inn has boogie boards to borrow! THIS is why Clearwater is a top beach destination for families and young adults.
Of you're staying at the hotel the best way is doing their parking it's 24/7. But there it's a public parking in front of the hotel that do only all day no overnight.

I'm not sure as we had a 2 room suite . But the rooms all seemed spacious, as we walked by some that were being clean. Of course since it is a Residence Inn they all have a kitchenette and some type of table or counter for eating at.. Hope this helped a little.
I don't think, the airport is far from there. There may be a public transit but you need to check. I rent a car and the hotel has flat day rate $30 valey.
