Three stars for the quality of the hotel. It’s a little dated and has reasonable rates for the beach. I liked the private beach access in the back, towels are free and available. This is in a good location with lots of stuff to due locally. Balcony’s are small, but there are 25 units that directly face the water. I would recommend requesting one of those rooms.

WHAT A Great hotel! I had a quick stay of 24 hours and it was a perfect match for that. Beach was small and private, even saw a manatee! But the hotel was utmost friendly especially the front desk staff. And the Cabanas Resteraunt has the BEST bread!! That and the friendly waitstaff will ensure that I will stay there again! KUDOS for a job well done in an industry that is getting a beating at the moment.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and right on the beach, which is nice, however you have to check your towels out everyday and rent a beach chair for $10 plus tax everyday! The parking was sufficient but expensive. The staff was nice and helpful, but the hotel was noisy and their was no view whatsoever. There was construction next door, which started at the crack of dawn. It was a pleasant stay, but all the extra non included amenities were a disappointment. Chairs should be free if you’re paying over $300 per night to stay there. I’ve paid a lot less for an all inclusive at a 5 star hotel. Some policies need to be updated.

First lets discuss parking the bad thing about it is the parking situation. As we had our kayaks on our suv and they only have 4 parking spaces available outside of the garage and can't guarantee they will be available if you leave. Next lets discuss their recent "renovations" single pained glass windows that you can hear every one through outside at pool. Their slow and dysfunctional elevator. The broken tiles in bathroom. The smell of marijuana for a non smoking hotel. For $500+ a night i would definitely avoid this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Staff very unprofessional and as gold star members treated like trash. I could go on and on why this has been a disappointment... Will definitely NEVER be back! Good riddance! And will make sure to tell everyone we know to avoid this business. As we were leaving hotel staff entered our room 4 times without knocking. Will be contacting someone about this! Ridiculous!
