I've lived here 7 years and love it. The apartments are spacious and affordable. The location is perfect. At one time the management went down hill. The new manager and maintenance team are making improvements inside and the outside of the complex, daily! What a turnaround for the better! Great job.

The times that I have went there I have noticed the place is always clean and laundry rooms are always clean along with parking lots !! Great work Management !

Even thought the owners have said to get a spot spray. Karen the property manager refuses. I guess a 7day compliance letter means nothing to her. If there is a way to contact the owners personally I need to know. An apartment where the manager won’t kill bugs. This is a Disgusting place to live. A lawsuit may arrive. I am allergic to roaches and tired of getting rashes. Guess time to call a lawyer.

This place is becoming a place to call home! The new Manager is on top of it!!! FOR SURE :) The deadbeats are leaving and the good are coming! They just went under new management and rent went up. I have to pay $904 and I'm on the second floor. They are pet friendly just now fish tanks due to possible water damage.
