Our Quinoa salad is pretty popular, but I can also create menu items with our ingredients. Some Vegans want a Panini for lunch which I make with our Dried Tomato Tapanade, our Bistro Hummus and fresh veges....or some would like a linguini dish where I add our eggplant Caponata with sautéed Arugula. We're happy to create an item that is not on our menu....as long as I have the ingredients on hand!
