The air conditioning has not been working or cooling for 19 months some neighbors do not have working air conditioners and are using windows units! It took six months to get the refrigerator working!Horrible service! The dumpster is always broken and trash is always piled up with hundreds of garbage bags everywhere, it smells like a landfill near the surrounding apartments. This place is not well kept and looks like a dump! There is only one entrance and you have to drive around the entire complex everytime you come & go, both the entry & exit gates are broken. Read the reviews on this place......enough said.

When I first moved in here it was great but since there has been multiple managers it's been horrible. The Maintenance is horrible. They always have a new crew and most of them are not qualified to fix everything. Air conditioners are always breaking down. People have gone for months without air. It gets very hot and they still don't come immediately. The whole complex is infested with roaches. Staff is very disrespectful. When u want to set up a meeting with management they never call u back or ignore your request. They evict people constantly over charging them and not explaining why. No one should have to live in such horrible conditions paying all this money. If u ask for there bosses number they give u a number that goes back to there office.

The frontline at Riverside Apt Homes leasing agents Matthew and Helen are always courteous and welcoming. Special thanks to Helen for following up on the repairs to our apt AC. Also, I cannot say enough of how well the maintenance guys assists us on repairs. Thank you, Jesus Manuel, and Carlos. A new AC technician, Teo López has arrived at Riverside and much needed. He went above and beyond in repairing the AC Unit 100% in our apt. He is specialized and experienced on AC’s repair. In other words, he knows what he is doing. Riverside has acquired a valuable asset: An honest, hardworking member that follows up in quality control working towards retention. His work truly speaks for himself. Been living here since 2015 and have gone through seven different managers.( I wonder why!!) started at a one bedroom then moved to a two after I got married and had a baby. The maintenance has always been an issue. They hire non credential workers who are lazy. My air conditioner has been down for over a month. I’m pregnant and it gets hot, I have all my fans and ceiling fans on. Was told by management to open a window!! I work a 12 hr a day job so HUD don’t pay my bill. Unless a housing inspector is coming nothing gets done here.

Honestly, i gave up and went into the office. Very nice ladies but i dont think the phone ever gets to them. Didnt hear it ring once
Just call to see if they have any units available & yes they do take pets with a pet deposit.
That is not currently an option they offer there.
