No opening windows or doors to outside, broken bathroom fan + humid 85°F out... bad combo. So we specifically did not shower in evening bcz we wanted to breathe at least a little while we slept.... Bathroom is really bad, sink won't turn off, the shower handle pulls out of the wall and you will need muscle to get it to turn on. They kept the large garbage cans outside our room... I booked a king bed, got 2 doubles. I immediately asked to be moved upon arrival and they said there weren't any... this morning I am informed there certainly was more. Cool... and front desk didn't care about any of this and saw no issue. Offered me a $15 refund and I said no thanks. Unless it's at least $50 off (I paid $150!) I'd rather leave an honest review. So here we are.

We had room 107, it was spacious, clean and nicely updated. Slider opens up to the pool area with its own bistro table and chairs. The king bed was very comfortable. TV with lots of channels. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Lovely lobby and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is the placement of the bed. It’s very close on one side to the A/C and it blew directly onto me. We will definitely go back.

Beautifully presented. Foyer large sweet perfume always in the atmosphere. Rooms bright clean comfortable. The outdoor area is really nice. The pool is deep enough to swim and there are loungers all around the pool. I m happy we chose this. Three nights in our 21 day adventure in USA.

Positive: Friendly and attentive staff, a comfortable room and everything in line. It's a league better than the Super8 I am staying in while being asked to write this review! :-) Negative: There is nothing to do in walking distance. However, the hotel does have a full bar, so, fine!
