I have never really had issues with Grandview until today. My mom went in to get lunch for my son and I (I paid for it) and she ordered chicken strips, jojos and some chicken taquitos. When she dropped my son and I off at home, I checked the bag and the jojos weren’t in there. I immediately called her and told her they weren’t in there. She then called and the woman working was being VERY RUDE claiming she “did too” put them in the bag and was basically calling my mother a liar. I paid for food (2 orders if jojos for my son) I DID NOT get, and in turn, my mom was treated poorly. Please be aware there is a new woman working there, she is NOT friendly and extremely rude. Ensure if you order food, you have ALL ITEMS in the bag before leaving the store.

I bet you wouldn't even realize they have a mini post office and also have some things like fruit that some gas stations don't. Higher grounds coffee is attached and c st mini mart is across the street in case they are missing something you might find
