Always seems to be willing to help out my dogs when they are in need. They have always found room for me when something bad is happening with my pets. They also seem pragmatic and straight forward. I really like this vet. The only time they upsold me on something was on a microchip, which they only mentioned because one of my dogs got lost for a few days, and it was a good idea.

I liked everything about this place. Originally I went to my established vet where I was told they couldn't see me they were too busy. I went to best friends pet center where I was told they weren't taking on new patients but seeing how my cat was going to die without there help they took me on as new patient . Long story short for less than 250$ they saved my cat from death by kidney stones kept him over 24 hours gave him pain medication for several days and sent us home with at least 3 weeks of prescription cat food and they were extremely nice to work with friendly and oh ya I was short of the less than 250$ bill which they said I could pay balance of about 40 bucksi n next week or two which is not the norm these days. Every employee I encountered was kind, very friendly and. Helpful. Dr. Pat is fabulous. She is a wonderful person and excellent vet. She saved my cat's life about 2 and 1/2 years ago with an emergency surgery. We talked for less than 2 minutes and immediately rushed him into surgery. Thank you JESUS. Mr. Cuddles is still here and healthy. We just saw Dr. Pat for a check up and I am so thankful for excellent care at a fraction of the price other vets charge. She is truly a BLESSING. The office is clean and comfortable. All animals I saw were comfortable and happy.

This vet is fantastic! I'm not a local but while in WA I contacted multiple vets as I found an injury on my dogs elbow. When I called this vet they not only calmed me down about the injury but we're also happy and willing to squeeze us in as new patient. They were fast, friendly and super helpful. Not only that but after forgetting to ask about an injectable I use for my pups arthritis and mobility they were wonderful enough to help with this. My dog has lung cancer and riddled with tumors so to know there is a vet out there that understands this and is willing to help. All I can do is make him comfy and make it easy for him to get around. I'm extremely greatfull to this clinic and their caring staff. A enormous THANK YOU to the staff and vet here!
