I was pleasantly surprised by a relatively short wait time. My healthcare insurance was out of state but they were able to connect to my medical record remotely. Nice touch. The staff was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they asked relevant questions needed to determine the diagnosis and treatment and explained the treatment plan using language at my level. No unnecessary medical jargon and no oversimplified explanation. This is a great skill that now too many healthcare providers master.

Way better than the ER. Receptionists are kind and caring. The nurses are very helpful and calming. The doctors get right to the point and take care of their patients in a timely manner.

Called there to get a base cost of a walk in visit. Knowing that could change due to tests, or additional diagnostic work, but I just wanted to get an idea of where the cost starts. Remarkably, they would not give me a cost at all. She said they were not allowed to give cost. How can someone come prepared to pay for their visit when they are refused? Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Considering how many people do not have the luxury of insurance, this is ridiculous.
