Every time I've asked for mechanical assistance with my small motor needs, the folks at Manthe have the answers and in the most pleasant and friendly manner. They always have the parts necessary for my particular equipment or they will get them. They're most helpful in diagnosing mechanical failures and the most economical and quickest methods to remedy the problems. I could not live without the folks at Manthe. Truly.

Had to wait 3 months to have a dr chipper repaired for warranty work when finally repaired was given a bill for 157 bucks this was a brand new machine. They would not help or accommodate not even an apology for taking so long. Do not go here.

Very slow on repairs, and timelines promised are not likely to be met. They seem like a good group of people, it's just that the expectations they set up front for turnaround time on repairs is not consistent with the actual turnaround time taken. They do good work and are fair though, and that's worth a lot!
