If you love your family member, DO NOT place them here to live, even temporarily! Terrible Management will sink any ship, and this ship is sinking quickly! I would NEVER recommend a friend to work here and especially never suggest friends or family to house their loved ones there; due to the lack of supporting management. Employees are forced to work while sympathetic even with Dr notes excusing absence and During a global pandemic that is extremely dangerous. They offer NO COVID PAY, NO SICK PAY OR PTO IF YOU DO BECOME SICK! Management has been given written reports from past and current employees stating suspicions of sexual abuse toward residents, physical abuse and physical neglect however management chose to dismiss and disregard statements. Management is allowing staff members to leave for hours, neglecting residents and causing resident to resident altercations, without any corrective actions. It’s a sad environment employees and residents are being forced to live in! The one positive thing I can say, the employees really band together and work as hard as they possibly can, supporting each other as best as possible while being left to fend for themselves with no management support. Team work makes the dream work ❤️

My favorite place to have ever worked. I feel the management actually cared and tried hard to do everything right by the residents. Issues were dealt with according to the proper protocols and I really enjoyed most of the staff I had the chance to work with! Would work there again in a heartbeat and plan on doing so when the time comes for me to go back to work!

My uncle lived here for about 3 months before passing away. In that time he kept trying to walk without his walker. Everytime I was there and even when the staff didn't know that I was in the building, i could hear them trying to remind him to use the walker. They always notified my brother of any changes they saw as well as when it was time to think about hospice. We need more people like them for our loved ones

Great staff that is there. I have interacted with several members of administration as well as floor staff. Always seem genuinely interested in the care of my family member there. Any increase in price (only happened once) was due to my mom's abilities declining. But was called and informed right away.

I have their published pricing sheet as of August 2017. The move in fee is $1750 and pricing varies depending on if you are looking for a private suite or a shared suite. Assessments done will determine if the incoming resident will be at Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 based on care needs required. Private suite pricing for those levels are: $4900, $5900, $6400 and $7500. Shared suites are: $4400, $5200, $5800 and $6900/mos for levels 1-4.
