Staff is always kind, caring and attentive. Very clean facility with wonderful artwork on every floor. The garden in summer is amazing! A beautiful sanctuary to sit comfortably in.

Aljoya staff helped out ,when I was stranded with car parking , called at the reception while I was at the basement gate and she opened for me ,it felt nice 👍

I have taken the tour with my mother and was very impressed with the quality of the condos (layout, kitchen, bathroom). She liked the access to the pool and all the different activities. Lilly's restaurant service and food was outstanding, fresh and local. Employees very friendly and energetic too

Hi Chris! What office are you trying to reach? Generally speaking, our office staff is available 9am-5pm; however, some positions work slightly different hours. You can always call reception to ask them the best time to contact the person you are trying to reach. The phone number is 206-230-0150.
