Today looked like an awful day for the crew. There was a steady stream of people & the crew seemed new and on the verge of quitting. The lead guy (sorry I didn’t get your name, buddy) is probably holding on by a hair. They all powered through as one does. This note is to say: hang in there! You’re obviously doing your best, it’s only a day. You’ll be a great team soon enough.

OMG I just left DISGUSTED! 😭 First of all I went inside thinking I would have fresh food since I would have to sit there and eat it in front of them. Not correct! They gave me burnt soggy fries so I asked for fresh ones. (Everything else was slightly warm but I wasn't trying to complain about everything) This is the new slogan after all-Guaranteed fresh 🍟. So the gentlemen took the old fries and threw them in the trash. Then I saw a hispanic lady grab them back out of the trash to do I don't know what with as she started to talk to the other lady making the sandwiches she saw me staring at her so she then threw them away. She went on making orders as if nothing happened. Yall need to get it together people are watching you and don't want trash fries.

This place needs to go!! Goodbye! Dining area is close! Walls and floors are disgusting 🤢! Drive-thru speaker is broken! They have you wait in line for 40 minutes for cold food! Dashers walks to the window to get their orders. Employees don’t wash their hands, don’t wear gloves. They don’t have on hats or any uniforms. && They don’t have Apple pay!

This was the best Wendy's experience I have ever had. The food was fresh hot and tasted amazing. Staff was friendly. Even the manager came by my table and asked how everything was talked and joked with me for a few min . This store is definitely not the same, my previous experience at this store was horrible. Love the changes , keep up the good work. I will definitely be back!!!
