This was my families first time in Dallas and we stayed at this hotel. The first 3 nights we booked our car broke down and we couldn’t make the check in . This hotel still charged us for all 3 nights and did not refund us! We explained to them what happened and why we couldn’t make it in time to check in and they still charged us for all 3 nights we never checked in. We decided to still book with them . The service was horrible the tv in the room was broken and they refused to change our room or fix the tv. The hotel was dirty it’s just filthy over here. We lost 160.00 dollars and booked again and still had horrible service. It felt like they finessed us because the hotel looks so poor. I recommend to NEVER book here please don’t stay here save your money for somewhere better.

My boyfriend made a reservation in his name but we had to use my ID to check in because his got lost or stolen. The place wouldn't accept my id for the room even though it was paid for in advance. My boyfriend had a copy of his old license on his phone and they wouldn't accept that. So we had paid for 2 nights and they wouldn't let us stay. We had to contact the booking company, Snap Travel (they were real nice), to get a refund that will take 3-5 Business days to get. We will NEVER stay at that place again!

The night shift staff was so friendly and quickly got me a room. The day time lady was rude, first she was late so I couldn't renew my room before leaving (opens at 7a...... I was there at 7:08). Then she tells me I have to come in to do it or they will bag and tie my things and sit them out. After explaining to her I get off work at 5. I only needed one more night. But then a manager called me and allowed me to come pay after I get off. That was great customer service, I appreciated that. Besides that, The rooms need a upgrade badly. The stove top is out dated, I dig want to use it. The stove venting system didn't work. There is roaches everything and the room was not clean properly and there was a old smell, even with the A.C on. The parking was convenient. I hate the construction in that area. A.C worked perfectly and t.v.

I spent over $100 for 2 rooms & after I already paid for the rooms & checked, I was told there was no hot water & to come back in the morning to talk to manager to get at least some of my money back, but went to talk to the manager & she said she wasn't giving anyone anything back.....they DON'T clean nor mop the floors in the rooms, piles & piles of trash on every floor staircase....it's all out NASTY & VERY VERY JUNKY....I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!! THEY HONESTLY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! First & LAST time to ever stay here!!!!
