I checked in on 7-28-22 and checked out on 7-30-22. I have not had any previous issues with any Holiday Inn Express. I always had a really nice stay until I stayed in Mesquite. When I got to my room the toilet seat was sliding all around, the one queen bed sheets were bloody, the faucet came off in my hand, the ironing board was broken, I laid it on the bed and if that wasn't bad enough the room stayed hot, the outside temperature was 102 . I was very irritated and was ready for this check out. I stayed here because of the location to my family. I will never stay here again. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE The housekeeper should have known about these issues especially the bloody sheets, just nasty.

I arrived. I was promptly greeted. The receptionist gave me my room key, told me where and what time breakfast was. She also showed me to elevator. I went to my room and it was nice and clean. A sanitized card was on the night stand the bathroom was clean with toiletries.

I would not recommend staying at this Hotel.Room are ok, but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom, small fridge in the room was no working😡.No ice, no vending machines😩for the breakfast, coffee was cold🥶, the eggs and sausage were cold 🥶as well. They only has bagel’s and toast, what was descent. I had my $52000 TRUCK STOLEN from the parking lot🤬😱🤯. Nobody from the Hotel even asked me, or if they could do anything for me or my family. There is very poor customer service at that location. I asked to see the cameras but the young lady told me she doesn’t even know if the camera working and she has to get in touch with the manager, but she never did. No Manager came. They should reimburse us for something, but nobody did. I hope other people read this before the book with this hotel 🏨. I will never stay at this location again. 😡

That is not unprofessional, its policy of most decent hotels....if you do no cancel 24 hours in advance you lose your money. Kind of makes sense, if they holding the room for you they cannot rent it out to anyone else.

I really dont think tgey have weekly or biweekly rates. You would be better to call and talk directly to Management.
