PREVIOUS POST: This location appeared to be lacking amenities. Both in food, misc., and other items. They did have basic items that I required but overall, I wasn't very impressed by what they had. UPDATE: This location has really stepped up their game. The store is clean, plenty of amenities, helpful staff, and plenty of parking. Only 4 stars due to how tight the store feels (particularly with the isles and most walk ways).

Horrible management, the attitude and arrogance of this store front manager will definitely be an issue sooner or later. In order for customers like myself to get a wonderful experience from y’all’s workers you must treat them with respect. Management is nothing without their workers, you cannot run a store if you do not have workers. If the manager and team members have a good relationship then that will reflect in their job. I shop here frequently and there’s a handful of kids who are so helpful and understanding on how needy I can be and very patient with me when I walk in to the store. When i randomly asked them separately if they enjoyed working here since I see them so often. They both said no which surprised me, I’ve heard good stories of target, well except for this one their reason was due to management. They gave me examples of how he treats them, micromanaging them to not listening to their needs. I then took it upon myself to ask different people from around the store because all of these workers are kids and should be getting treated as they should. To say the least the responses I got, I was not expecting it. As a manager you need to see how your team does under pressure, and if you have some that don’t do well then move them to a different position in which where they will not get anxiety attacks. I felt and still feel devastated for them because poor kids they only tolerate this because they need the money badly. Take ownership how horrific of a job you are doing and apologize when you make them feel horrible because they cannot handle the “stress”. A team is when you jump in to help them even as a manager, if you start to question why are they taking so long then that’s the problem because you clearly have no idea what they are going through. How about you go help instead of wondering why it’s taking long. An efficient boss will jump in to worry about them and tell them to take breaks not because it’s “time” for one but because you’ve seen them nonstop going that they must be exhausted. One thing is for sure if you keep micromanaging your workers Josh, you’ll soon have none. It’s sad to say that as any other business it will always seem they are doing everything in their hands to take care of customers and workers when they aren’t. It’s all fake smiles and fake gratitude they are showing because behind close doors where customers cannot hear what management is saying to their team members it’s a whole different ball game.

I didn't get her name, but I saw that it started with an "A" and she was working the self checkout area. The "A" team member went out of her way to get me a charged electric shopping cart. I'm expecting, due very soon, and struggle with walking. It meant the world to me that she made sure I could shop and pick up some last minute baby items. This was already one of my favorite Target locations to shop at, but this experience made it even better.

Once again Target has stood by their usual standards of a horrifying cake blunder. Second time also means last time We will ever order a cake from them. I would be ashamed of selling such a hideous cake if it wasn’t too late to get another one I would have cancelled. But this. This cake is hideous beyond mere words. Nothing is straight they misspelled her name and happy. WTH who is decorating Your cakes over There because obviously they do NOT know what they are doing. And to make matters worse you put it in a box three times it’s size. It slid all over the dang place while trying To get them home. I would really like a supervisor to reach out to me this time.

They have always been helpful to me. They helped me with a bridal registry. They helped me with the Target app. I have returned several items with no problem. I think the customer service is good.
They have online items that can be shipped. However they do not deliver normal retail purchases directly from the store. They have a drive up pick up service.
