I visited this Dillard’s to purchase clothing for my teenage daughter. Checked out in Cosmetics and was charged twice. I called to speak with a manager at 11:04 this morning, he advised he would call me back. I called him back at 3:00 only to be told the register shows one transaction and he is waiting for more research from the aiding department. I advised I can show him my amount where the 188 posted twice but, he insisted it’s a pending transaction. I called my bank to dispute the charge which will take 7-10 business day. It’s awful when a customer money is taken from them instantly yet I have to wait hours and days for the money to be returned. I feel robbed and will never give them my business again.
