I worked in retail for 25 years and I understand people are messy. But when you walk into a store and clothing and items are scattered everywhere on the floor and on top of the racks it makes you want to turn around and walk right back out. Which I did. Too messy for me!!! Not to mention, I walked that whole store and not one employee said hello!

This store is always a mess and good luck finding anyone to help in the shoe department. Or for that matter actually finding the shoes you are looking for. However that being said I love the deals I can get at Kohl's. This store just needs some serious help organizing. UPDATE: They have updated their store and reorganized since my last review. Overall it is much better. They have also added a Sephora store inside the store. The toy section still remains a mess, but I don't feel that's the employees fault because parents are always letting their kids tear it up. Nice update Kohl's ;)
