This location definitely has quite a bit of amenities. However, it feels like it's lacking... Compared to other big lots franchises, I think this location is lacking a bit. They do have helpful and friendly staff and reasonable prices.

MY COUSIN TOLD ME BIGLOTS SELLS MATTRESSES (WHICH I DIDN’T BELIEVE) SO I WENT AT THIS LOCATION TO CHECK IT OUT. I WAS IMPRESS WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND HOW ORGANIZED THE STORE IS, HELPFUL AND SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT SELECTIONS OF MATTRESSES AND FURNITURES!

A nice selection of many many things at the store. They have some good prices but the problem is that many of the items are not marked with price or a barcode so you have no idea what the actual price is. Plus, there are no price scanners so you have to find an employee to help you figure out what the price is. This is extremely irritating! Store is reasonably well laid out and the rest rooms are nice and clean. In-store help is limited and this is really something they need to fix. Also note that internet access in the store is next to impossible to receive.

The best big lots I have ever been too. The staff members here are amazing. The atmosphere is above par. I live near another big lots however I prefer to go her because of the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone in the garland area
