I was having difficulty finding the AUTO PAY area to stop only one payment on a loan, Allen was able to help me after I explained what I was trying to do. We got the payment stopped for the current time period and will restart next month automatically. Then Allen was able to help me understand where my loan payments were going. I have been making payments larger than the basic amount but I did not understand how the principle payment was being listed on my monthly statement. Allen was very patient and understanding even after trying two times before getting my eyes to the proper section of the statement. Much Kudos go out to Allen for doing a GREAT job today. I find it very sad that in today's society so many can all take time out of their day to criticize and be negative but rarely to say thank you. Well I am writing to say a huge THANK YOU to Julie M in the Contact Center. I misread a transaction and with no judgement she explained things wonderfully and resolved the issue. My mother started working at McChord Credit Union in 1965. Back in those days any of us kids could call the branch and ask to talk to our mommy and we would be transferred to the right mommy. Julie's customer service skills reminded me of those days. She cares about the member, which in turns reflects so positively on Harborstone Credit Union. Thank you Julie for making my day a little bright and Thank you Harborstone for allowing her to be an excellent representative.

I called to verify some information with my loan and Alexis was super helpful. When the wait time to get an answer was very long she offered to call me back as soon as she got an answer. She called back and gave me the information I needed. Really refreshing to have someone make good on their promise to call back.
