They are liers! First off their Park is filthy, spaces sooo close together that you practically run into your neighbor just opening your door! Dirty doesn't even begin to describe the place, I saw at least four rats running around, garbage, needles, starving animals and the list continues. Run away! Dont look back! Disgusting!

It's almost always full but there is a waiting list. It is a good place for the price ....safe and close to shopping.
Park only renting to 2000 and newer and doesn't have a space for a 30 at this time either.

If we had a opening you can stay long as you pay and comply with park rules. Everyone is on month to month contracts here.
