Staff were nice, but both drinks in my order were wrong. They made the wrong kind of refresher, and forgot the Chai in my iced chai...so it was just Milk. Also, their register couldn't scan my app for points or payment and I wasn't offered any other option or solutions. They just told me it didn't work without trying to help me. The donuts for donut day were free and yummy though!

Early morning stop. This location wasn't busy when I visited. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant that was warm and not hot, but did taste good. The staff was friendly and took my order as I walked in.

This is LITERALLY the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I had an awful experience a couple months ago. Tried it again today thinking maybe it was a one time thing. It’s not. I mobile ordered. Got there and they didn’t even start my order yet. Then they asked me to put my own sugar in because he didn’t want to? The employee seemed drunk. Slurring his words. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. Second time with this awful service and coffee. Will NEVER COME BACK.

Second chance at this location today and again, it was a bad experience. I ordered oatmilk mocha latte with raspberry flavoring. I paid extra for both the oatmilk and raspberry. They made it with regular milk and put no raspberry flavoring in... my nursing baby and I are sensitive to dairy at this time... we're both "paying" now for their mistake (how I know for sure they messed up on the oatmilk also). Good thing it's not a true food allergy... not going to go back to this particular dunkin donuts. I've had no bad experiences at other ones in the area.
