The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The room smelled funny, the gym and pool were the smallest amenities. The breakfast lacked variety. The bed I thought was too hard but my husband said it was fine for him.

Glad I found this newly built hotel last min. Boarder line on the cleanliness and that's for the hotel and it's entirety. No hair found in my bed like most Hotels. Stayed one night sooo it was acceptable for the most part. Keeping this Hotel up probably won't happen but Hey it was great to experience my stay as it was. Staff at the front desk like to converse with others while guest are coming and going.

Cordell was extremely helpful and welcoming he had a smile and a wonderful personality to match!! Kayla was also awesome she had plenty of patience with a nice smile and very helpful as well!! I greatly appreciate the whole Team at Tru for making my experience and my kids experience memorable. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff, great housekeeping services. Our room was extremely clean and nice. Staff supervisor and employees were friendly and polite and always willing to help, if you needed towels, extra blankets or cover they were quick and efficient. There was a very good complimentary breakfast each morning. The atmosphere was really cozy and welcoming. Housekeeper Mrs. A. Glaude was always friendly and went above and beyond her duties to accommodate and make the guest happy.
