How have I never reviewed Nail Luxe?! I love, love, love Nail Luxe. I always see Sean or Kristi who both handle my slightly curved big toes' cuticles extremely well - challenging because they're not truly ingrown and they just know exactly how to make them feel better! That part of the pedicure in and of itself is worth me being a repeat customer, I cannot tell you how many other salons skimp over a really good cuticle cleaning and frankly for me, that is what it is all about! I don't really care about colors or designs, it's not my style, but I know they do both very well here too judging by what others' hands and toes look like when I'm here. Everyone here is really polite and friendly and despite being a "busier" salon, I rarely ever have to wait for a chair for a walk-in. Prices absolutely fair too - $25 ish for a basic pedicure though I usually get the deluxe around $35. The extra massage time for me is WORTH the extra $10.

I thought a while about reviewing this nail salon. I asked for acrylic pink and white new set of nails and a pedicure. The lady that did my pink and white nails, oh my. I am not a professional nail tech but know what I want. I wanted a natural looking pink and white French style acrylic nails. I have had them done for years so I know what they should look like. On the first nail I mentioned that the “pink” part was to light could I see her other colors. She was MAD and copped an attitude and started speaking a different language to my pedicurist. I know she was ticked that she had to remove the pink she did one one nail. It was attitude after that. I was a little nervous about telling her the one she put on wasn’t what I was looking for either! Just bit my lip as I sat there and stewed. I realize I should have spoke up! I try not to make waves, especially since she started grabbing and pushing my hand around as it, obviously, was not in the position she wanted. It was a lot of attitude. Went to pay, management asked me if I liked my nails and I said, “no”. I explained why. He called another lady over. I explained what I went through again. It didn’t really seem to matter to them. Ended up paying $98.00 for a job I will now have to go to another salon and have them put color on my nails. I won’t go back, I don’t recommend. My opinion, the management could have offered to at least put color over the botched job. I will try and post a photo. Pedicure lady was nice but kept jerking my foot around like it wasn’t in the right spot. They set a timer as to how long they massage your legs. Just never experienced that in my 35 years of getting my nails done. Won’t go back, don’t recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this place!! The staff is always nice and goes out of their way to make sure everything is right. I usually struggle to find a good salon and technician I like, but Alena is amazing!! She always makes sure my nails are well shaped and makes great suggestions on styles, shapes, and colors!

They were kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Luxe Nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it perfectly. The atmosphere is very calm and professional. Even when they’re busy they make you feel welcome and appreciated.
