In all these years of buying cars this was The Best Experience Ever! So I run a small business and work round the clock no time to go negotiate and hunt for cars at showrooms, so Friday evening while browsing came across Park Plaza website found a very good SUV at great price, it took to me to a process I was able to view the Car Fax report the pictures looked good- I bought this online and requested a delivery next day at my home. I sincerely had my doubts on this easy process but next day got a call from Amy she was very helpful in taking all the details shared a time and in the evening I asked if she could deliver it to my work place - No Problem! Here in the evening as planned I meet her she handed over the keys to this beautiful SUV that I had seen online sign few paper work in next 10 mins I have this SUV that was booked and bought online! It was easier than Amazon Prime delivery all thanks to Amy, it was detailed well cleaned and as mentioned this experience was a revelation to me! I am a new client but you guys have earned a client for life! Thanks again to the team and Amy of course!

Very impressed with Park Place Lexus. I bought my first car ever through them today (used but was still treated as important as new) and I’m so incredibly happy with my experience. Chanelle was so helpful, kind and to the point from when we walked through the door to meet her and to when we walked out and she handed me my keys! Could not recommend seeking her out enough!
