Would not recommend. The prices were 3x what you could get at other places and the experience was not nearly as good. One guy came to the house to get measurements and sent us an extremely high priced quote, never saw him again. After that we got some ideas from a designer that later stopped working for the company, but she never mocked out designs or suggested cabinet options. We only talked about colors. We told the designer about various changes, such as a reduced backsplash and no need to do electrical or appliances, but the quote still tried to include unnecessary items for excessive prices. They didn't even try to come out to make sure the quote was right and that the design was accurate. Every interaction with them had to be at their office on specific days, making it difficult to get anything done. Terrible customer experience. The one good thing was that the designer was nice to work with even if we didn't get anything done.

It was really a one-stop solution for me, all the way from licensing to completion of bathroom. I didn’t have to contact anyone else. I was very happy and satisfy working with Matt and Renovation Resolutions team. Very organized and professional in what they doing. Ease of communication and flexible toward customers preference! Fair pricing. Highly recommend to anyone. I would definitely contact Renovation Resolutions again for future project.

My husband and I were nervous about hiring someone to renovate our old home. We interviewed several companies. It took months and multiple reminders from us just to get estimates from some of the companies. During that process, Matt, the owner at Renovation Resolutions stood out. He and his office staff were responsive and timely, and the estimates were reasonable. Ultimately we contracted with Matt’s company. He started immediately, worked through the summer and finished on time, within budget, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We love our new kitchen and flooring throughout. We also removed doors, replaced windows and trim, and had some tile work done. The few very small issues were solved without fail. Matt was always accommodating even doing some custom cabinet alterations and allowing us to tack on a couple of extra asks midway despite it being his busiest time of year. The crews/subs were great! Unerringly respectful, did quality work, and cleaned up after themselves which was appreciated. We were entirely comfortable with them having access to our home. Matt was always very responsive and wanted us to be happy with the project. Thank you especially to Kathi who always answered and followed through—You are amazingly kind. And to Kevin and Jose who wanted everything done right—and did it right, and to Adolfo who took on every challenge and brought pure positivity to the work. Highly recommended.

We interviewed three contractors to remodel our bathroom. The first contractor was way over our budget and would not provide an itemized pricing list of the work that they were going do. The second contractor’s estimate was much closer to our budget than the first, but again, they were not very forthcoming about where the numbers were coming from. Matt from Renovation Resolutions, came and listened to our ideas, asked what our budget was and provided an itemized list of how much each part of the renovation was going to cost. This gave use the opportunity to add or subtract work from our project as the budget allowed. There wasn’t any guess work or vague promises. I asked Matt to provide a second estimate for a separate guest bathroom to see if we could fit that within our budget. That way if we liked the work being done on the initial bathroom, we could have our guest bathroom upgraded to match. Matt’s team, which most often included Javier, Cesar and Adolfo were prompt, courteous and genuinely nice guys. Matt and crew would make suggestions on improvement to our original ideas, while staying within budget. Matt organized time and resources, so that there was continuous progress throughout the duration of the job. The renovation experience felt like a contractor and homeowner team effort. We were so happy with the work performed that we had the new bathroom, the guest bathroom, and the master bedroom renovated. We plan to use Renovation Resolutions to remodel our kitchen in the future. I would recommend Matt and his team at Renovation Resolutions for any home project.
