Really nice staff. I like that they aren't pushy and say hello but leave me alone unless I ask for help. Always available when I ask. Store is dog friendly and they have security at the door to keep customers safe. I usually find what I need at this location but lately they are facing supply chain issues like everyone else...They were out of products like Bondo, wall texture and most toilet paper today. My only real complaint is the alarm was beeping high pitched screech every 20 seconds the entire time I was there. It's meant to be an alarm and raise your fight or flight response-it does its job. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack and had to leave. Those poor staff have been dealing with it all day and were still very friendly. The franchise owner or GM needs to come take care of that asap. An alarm going off non-stop is a great way to lose customers and staff. It's not fair take them deal with that all day.

Hardware stores make me happy....been in the trades my whole and .. life....sad to say I've never been to a Hardware store where the entire staff hates there jobs like this bunch...and it' shows on everyone there...to bad....nice place

Worst manager ever. Discrimination at it's finest forcing people to do stuff is against the constitution buddy. You have as much rights as i do, not more! You can't force people to wear masks!!
