I’ve been to Brons twice, once for an oil change and I think once was for the breaks. I was incredibly satisfied with their service, they did a good job and the staff were friendly. I’ve been trying to go back for an oil change but can’t get anybody on the phone or to call me back after leaving a voicemail. I’m disappointed because I was jazzed to find a shop I could regularly go to and felt comfortable at. Now i have to call Jiffy Lube or some other place. I still recommend their service, it could just be me having poor luck getting through, so I’ll keep the review at 4 stars giving Brons the benefit of the doubt due to the times we’re living in.

Had a major breakdown with my trucks rearend exploding on me. Had it towed to Bron's, and heard great things from some friends. They had my truck diagnosed and parts ordered within a business day! Unfortunately, my part would take about 2 weeks to get there. Not the shops fault. Let me know 9nce they had the truck fixed up and ready to go. Which was really great and pricing was solid for all the top notch work. One comment: I wish they would provide a weekly update or maybe an email. The lack of information after a few days was hard to just trust something was happening or nothing to worry about still. Otherwise, Office is always friendly and quickly answered all my questions every time! Thanks guys!!

I have been a customer of Bron's for many years. I bought a Subaru STI in 2007 and Bron's has taken great care of it. I just had the clutch replaced after it hit 100k in mileage and it runs great.
