My home has always had an ant problem. If ANY food was left out ants were on it within 10 minutes. It was to the point that if someone was cooking in the kitchen they would need to be cleaning as they went to prevent ants from getting on the food they were currently preparing. We tried literally every product available in stores and at best it would reduces the numbers slightly. Finally, we decided to call the professionals and a simple Google search led me to Antworks. From the second i inquired about servicing my home the office staff reached out to me and they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on the services they provided. The first service went exactly how they predicted it would , with the activity of the ants increasing for a day and they stopping. Actually stopping. It was the first time my home had ever been ant free. Once I saw ant activity I just called and within a 2 days they were at my home taking care of the problem, free of charge. There was a point where ant activity was heavy again and the owner made a point to be there to make sure the problem was resolved. I’ve been using this service for over 18 months now and they make regular visits to my home every 3 months. Every technician that has come to my home has been respectful of my property. Holton specifically has gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Last summer during the 100+ degree days Holton spent 30 minutes in my attic (that was north of 90 degrees) because he knew that would be the difference in resolving my problem. Dan (owner) and his team have always made me feel like a priority. Research the cost of this service and you’ll find they are below the price point of major competitors. For the service they provide I would honestly pay double and feel it was a good exchange. This is one of the best investments in making me comfortable in my own home i have ever made. If you like supporting businesses in your community, people that do their job well, and spending less money then this is the business for you.

Definitely the most in depth and thorough service I’ve experienced. Ask for Steve!!!! He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Since he serviced our house we have already noticed a huge difference and are confident about his work. I highly recommend this over any other “big name” company that tries to scam you into needing them over and over again. Steve’s work is wonderful and this company is really on your side with great and responsive help with any questions. (They have an awesome warranty where they will come back if needed no extra charge)

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The tech was on time, professional, and thorough. He found 4 ant colonies in my basement and was quick to identify their paths of travel. In no time flat he was able to apply their "cleaning solution" to the interior and exterior of the house, and said to call back if I see anything moving around after a month. Moving forward I will definitely be getting quarterly treatments to keep my infestation at bay.

Great question!.... The cost for treatment of a structure for odorous house ants depends on a number of factors. Although we guarantee a one time treatment.... It often requires more than just one treatment with this pest.... Because of the guarantee there is no extra charge for having to come back when necessary. Some of the factors that go into the price of a "one time" treatment are.... What type of structure? Single family dwelling, Multi? Office, shop, etc. Size of the structure? Nature of the construction? Severity of the infestation? Length of time of infestation? What was used (if anything) to try to obtain control? This is a difficult pest to get control .... Most reputable pest control companies won't guarantee this pest without some sort of lengthy contract.. Sorry I can't get more specific. That's a great question.... Ants infest structures for the shelter. Once inside they gravitate towards areas of moisture. When water is scarce outside during the Summer months.... Ants are actively seeking moisture. Try not to attract them to your home by keeping outside moisture to a minimum. Make sure you have good ventilation in your crawlspaces and under attached decks. Don't over water your lawn. Don't garden too close to your house. Keep your rain gutters clear. If ants have no reason to come close to your house.... They are alot less likely to infest.
