We recently moved to Chehalis from Auburn and were looking for a pest company that could meet our needs. We bought a house that seems to have been a great breeding ground for spiders. Kevin listened to my concerns, looked at a few places that we’ve seen them the most and then laid out his action plan. After treating the property he let me know that we do indeed have many spiders (luckily not the bad kind) under the flashing of the roof. I informed him that we are replacing the roof and he let me know that they would come back out when the roof was off and spray under it to help control these little many legged guys. We have relied on Interstate Pest to keep our house free of odorous house ants for a number of years. We have a quarterly plan, but if those tiny, persistent and brilliantly organized ants or any other pest, such as rats appear (because a neighbor two houses down feeds the crows, thus attracting all manner of guests) Interstate Pest has been excellent about responding and stopping by on an as needed basis without extra charge. They seem to be able to recruit a friendly and conscientious staff, and have really been a tremendous help. We're grateful for their service!

Very informative. Prices seem reasonable. Unlike other pest control companies I called they did not try to upswell me to a 2 year contract service agreement. The service individual was prompt, informative, efficient, friendly and professional.

We use only the softest products, the least possible amount while still being effective, and apply the products out of reach of your kids and pets.
Most of the time, no. Most of our treatments are on the exterior and if we need to treat inside, we mostly use baits. There may be times when the tech may ask you to leave for up to four hours.
The chemistry we use is non-repellant and slow in action. It is designed to be brought back to the nest through the insects' natural activity, taking 10-14 days (about 2 weeks) to complete the treatment.
