This branch is horrible! It makes no sense a five minute transaction turns into thirty minutes.Slow as hell.Unnecessary conversations , Shortage of teller's,and the personalities are just horrible.Help is needed quickly.Unbelievable!

After the Ladera Height branch closed, i had to go the the Crenshaw branch. Big mistake! With no other locations near by and Union Bank hasn't built any other branches. The lines are long with two tellers half the time. I shouldn't have to …
