Updated- after understaffed more of the service level objectives of repair times, I want to say Bob is very thorough. My parents have been coming here to bring their kirby for any servicing for years and I am glad I also have them as my go to for my Kirby Avalir... or any future vacuum needs! Ty Bob !

They helped me get the correct parts and shipped them out promptly. I had the part installed and my Amish Surge Heater working again just 2 days after calling them. Very pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys! Oh I should mention that the parts shipped out from Washington state and I live in the New Orleans area. Still it only took 2 days to arrive in my mailbox.
