My brother and I stopped in our truck to grab a bite to eat and utilize its facilities. The staff observed us waiting. When we got done waiting to grab some food and walk out, a young lady behind the counter jokingly comments "I guess they got tired of waiting." This is my first time at a Cubbys (and in Iowa) and I hope this is not a regular thing at your other locations. Having made a successful living in the service industry I would recommend some coaching of the staff regarding acknowledging customers and encouraging repeat business.

I have never done anything to anyone in this store just because I had an issue with the former manager sue I called her boss and was kicked out for a complaint about her
