Very poor… dirty… took 4 rooms before got one that they key card and AC worked. One room the bed was also broke. Bathtub was dirty and I cleaned it a bit. Carpets in room and hallways were dirty. We would have changed hotels but had had a long travel day and was exhausted. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. My husband talked to the manager and she just said ‘oh I’m sorry’. Very disappointing.

Me and my husband drive trucks. The location was right by sapp bros we didn't have to walk far. Breakfast was great and the indoor pool/spa was clean and even had a shower u can rinse and wash your body with soap before getting in. Staff was friendly and had a washer and dryer for guest to do there laundry. Rooms were clean and just what u would expect from a Quality Inn. Wouldn't mind at all staying again if we come through that way.

Unfortunately this was the filthiest, most run down hotel we've ever stayed in. Disgusting. Girl at the front desk was nice, that's about it. We almost slept in our truck because we were so afraid to even step on the carpet, let alone sleep in the bed. It was very expensive, and we regret it terribly.
Mr fix it
We have been on the road for about 6 weeks now and this is hands down the best stay of the trip. We were greeted on arrival with a welcome and low stress transaction at the front desk. The rooms were clean and everything was up and running with no excuses such a covid and employee problems.( really tired of all the excuses other companies have). The breakfast was all fresh and good with everything you could ask for in a breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and felt good. We were very happy with the experience a a whole!!
