I am sorry I did not get the names of all the techs I dealt with, but the kind young lady who worked with me on a Tuesday evening about 2 weeks ago was outstanding, kind and sympathetic to our situation (which was a very sensitive and upsetting one to begin with). Two other vets would not help us. She took the time to check into whether they could help, and when they could, she went over the process with me and was with me every step of the way. The woman who came out with my pet's remains when I went to get them was also kind and sympathetic and said she was sorry for my loss. I did not see the doctor, but the clinic and staff were all great and helpful at a time when no one else would help. The only suggestions I would make: 1) they would not allow me to remain with my dog for the final part of the process, which I'm not entirely clear as to why that was so (I have some thoughts about why and I understand them if I am correct, but letting me know that would have helped, and 2) I was not notified when my pet's remains returned to the clinic; I had to call in and check myself, so calling to let me know that would have been good. Aside from that, zero issues, and I appreciated everyone's understanding at a time when it was truly needed. Thank you.

Today we had to put our cat Luna to sleep. They told the vet couldn't do it because he was in surgery and were we OK with a tech doing it. Of course we were. But then Dr. Lee came out to us and talked to us and said he would put her down. He is the most compassionate and loving man who made the ending as gentle and loving as could be. All the staff there are wonderful. Thank you so much for helping us at a difficult time

These people are THE BEST ANGELS! I recently had to put my cat down and I was an emotional mess. Nicole and the entire staff go above and beyond to make your pet and owner feel comfortable, listen to your concerns and offer options. I was so tight on money and was able to cover the cost of the euthanasia and disposal thanks to these Angels! I cannot say THANK YOU enough to them for helping me through this really rough time. XOXO

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The staff is rude, poor customer service. Don’t contact you with updates. Proceeds to treat without approval racking up bills that are unaffordable. Completely lie. Manager is never available, unless you threaten to stop payment. After numerous calls, to get status on pet, left phone number to no avail. Front desk lady is miserable. Acts as if it’s a big chore to come open the door for you, and if you left something in the car, what a nasty attitude you get because she has to open the door again. Very sad, if you don’t have a love for people or pets, find another job. And then, after they are at fault and pretty much the only emergency place in the area, mind you, paying over two thousand dollars later, and losing expensive pet harness and leash, they tell you, we will not treat any of your pets in another emergency. Not that I would want them ever taking care of my animals again or anyone else’s! Completely ignorant for an emergency clinic.
