Our 9 year old rottweiler passed away in the house. Not having a regular vet, we had to make some calls. The 1st two places gave me the run around. 3rd call to VCA was the right one. The staff was great. Seeing I was in a bad position. They were very helpful. The drop off was very professional. We can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

We are a small family. Me "mom", my son and our 3 dogs. We didn't want to see our Lulu go. BUT we couldn't watch her suffer any longer. We had to put down our Lulu. We had her for 16 years. She was our little Ms Lulu. a Pomeranian ( that in her day ) could take on the world! But now, not able to stand, eat or breathe due to heart complications. The VCA staff was more than wonderful. They were compassionate and kind. The Vet was The BEST human being ever! She was comforting in a way that made me not feel so horrible about letting her go. She assured me that we as a family were doing the right thing. Lulu's quality of life was simply not what a dog would ever want. The Vet laughed with us as we talked about the funny stories about our Lulu. These people deserve HUGE applause. Even one of the staff members said to me " It is my honor to be here with you and Lulu." I cannot express how kind these people were to us. I am so grateful I called this Animal Hospital.

Exceptional service not only to your furry family member, but to the family as a whole. Anyone in the area that doesn't have pet care should definitely utilize their services. They treat your pet like family, scheduling with top priority in mind. Follow-up care and phone calls are handled very professionally. If they say they will call 3 times to check on your pet...believe they will call 3 times. Service beyond belief. 🐶🐕🦮🐱🐈🐈⬛

They take excellent care of your pets. They are compassionate and make you feel like family not just a client. There follow-up care is superb, from the scheduled appointments, emergency visits, and the unexpected phone calls they make throughout the day to check on your furry friend. I recommend if you haven't chosen a vet, this is the place to go. Also, completely sterile from front to back. 😊
