I pulled into the parking lot and both employees were outside vaping, followed them both inside. Neither of them welcomed us into the store or inquired why we were there. The young lady with the extremely long nails that did end up helping us, did not make eye contact with us one time, make any pleasantries or have any customer service during our entire 10 minute experience. I am thankful that I can make the reup payment for the spare phone online because this location is not professional nor friendly.

Been going to this location for years and have never had any issues. The specialists are very helpful and provide the quickest response to service/customer needs. They have even let me set my bicycle inside whenever I ride there. Just purchased an upgrade and Danny was very proficient and fast on getting me setup on my new phone. Very awesome staff and I highly recommend this place.

having my cell go down, she provided honest answers to my questions, even though I wasn't a happy customer, we both had masks on, she was wiping the counter when I came in the store, the discounts sucked, the stock was limited, got the cheapest one, still 110$ total like she said,, wished her merry christmas and left,,

walked in to upgrade my phone and was refused service because of a mask. when they sit behind the counter with the mask under their nose. unprofessional service all around, not the first time here but definitely my last.
