Just checked in and not wanting to stay overnight. Ist room was dirty, second room was supposedly clean, but sticky stuff on bathroom floor, penny and hair clip found on carpet. Floors were definitely not cleaned. Looked in bed.....top sheet crisp and seems new, but the bottom sheet has marks and small hairs. Most likely not changed. I wiped floors and surfaces with antibacterial wipes, I still want to move hotels, but my hubby doesn't want to move. I have the creepy itches and probably won't be able to sleep.

Not a luxury hotel by any means but great for a quick trip. The price was definitely fair. We had a double queen bed single room. We had a small refrigerator that worked fine. The beds and pillows were great. The breakfast was pretty good from 6-9 am. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cereal, muffins, waffles, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat varied by day. The staff was great too. Only one down side, the pool area is almost unbearable. Our eyes would start burning within ten minutes in the pool area. We reported it to the front desk. On top of that the hot tub and pool were both visibly under-filled.

5 stars simply for fantastic customer service, specifically Kara, Tanya, and Bethany. I was part of a group that had come to camp and ended up with a major blizzard/snowstorm. The staff went above and beyond to help us all get rooms even though space was tight, and they even spent extra time helping us figure out which roads were plowed to rescue some of our friends. Rooms were clean and fine. Breakfast is pretty standard. Our shower faucet broke, but someone came in to fix it without any issue. Walls are thin but nothing unbearable.

I made reservations back in February for June 24. On the day I was heading that way, they called asking if I really needed a 2 queen bed room or if I could use a single king. Uh... no. If I wanted a single, I'd have booked that. They said they had plumbing issues and wasn't sure if either of the rooms would be ready, but they'd "handle it". We got there at 4:13PM, and the rooms weren't ready. I asked "Isn't check in at 4PM?" I got a very condescending look as I was told "No, it's actually at 3PM". To this I just kind of stared at the receptionist. She said I could just wait in my vehicle. I asked if I could wait in the lobby as I didn't want to sit in a running vehicle (not with gas like it is). I was told no. I said we'd just go eat and come back. She gave me key cards and said she'd tell me the room number when we got back. I was really disappointed in the service at the front desk. No offer of anything to compensate my room not ready over an hour AFTER the check in time. The only reason for a 3 star is that the beds were really, REALLY comfortable!
