Zero stars!! Ordered through Amazon and scheduled a 4 hour window for delivery. Waited all day and no one showed. Had to call their main office to get someone to answer the phone to reschedule the delivery. The auburn phone number just rings and rings. Anyhow, got the delivery rescheduled from 9-1pm. We ask for a 30 min phone call prior. They show at 5pm with no prior phone call. They delivered box 1 of 2! Tell the drivers they are missing box 2 and they scramble to check the truck then realize they didn’t load it. The next day I call and call with no answer. Call the main office again and get hung up on after 40 minutes. Finally we keep calling and someone answers at the auburn office. She assures me they have the 2nd box and will deliver the following day (Saturday) from 9-1pm. It is now 5:15. No delivery!! How am I supposed to live my life around their delivery scheduling!! This company is horrible! Now my $2k delivery says it was delivered on Amazon but it wasn’t. What a headache!!!! Don’t use this carrier if you order from Amazon

Absolutely poor service. Being told multiple times that my delivery was “found” (not sure why it was “lost” to begin with, but then got a call saying it was NOT “found”. I mean, your job is to get items and deliver them correct? How do you NOT know where an item is. And why am I getting 3 different calls stating you “found” it and will deliver the next day. For over a week straight…. Also, how does a company deliver HALF of the order? And when they delivered the HALF, it was after I was told my deliver would NOT be arriving. So imagine my surprise when some guy randomly shows up with HALF an order that I was told would NOT be coming. This company is the absolute worst delivery company I’ve ever had deliver to my home. Amazon needs to stop using them. EVERYONE needs to stop using them.

Costco has had numerous horrible reviews regarding CEVA Logistics, I don’t understand how Costco can keep doing business with this company. My air conditioning unit was shipped by CEVA logistics. CEVA allowed me, via their website, to schedule a delivery date on May 6th for the date and 4 hour delivery window (Thursday 5/12 4-8pm) multiple days before it was even going to arrive in Seattle. My delivery day and 4 hour window came and went and I didn’t get an email, text, or phone call from anyone regarding the status of my shipment. Four hours of my day wasted. The next day I still didn’t have anything and I sent a message to CEVA via their website and then called Costco. Costco spoke with a CEVA rep while I was on hold and said the unit was still in Denver, CO and that CEVA would call me to reschedule delivery. I asked why was I able to schedule a delivery before the unit actually arrived and nobody had an answer. Monday 5/16 I received an email from Costco that indicated I did not schedule my delivery appointment with CEVA yet. I responded with all that I’ve done (all that was mentioned above) and that I did schedule a delivery date of 4 day prior. Wednesday 5/18 I received a call from CEVA the unit was finally in Seattle and that it could be delivered the next day (Thursday 5/19). I asked why the online scheduling system with CEVA was so bad and the customer service rep from CEVA said that there was nothing that she could do. Can you not elevate concerns like this to company leadership? Is there no drive to want to do business better? I selected the 8am-12pm window for the following day and asked if I could have a smaller delivery window since I already wasted 4 hours of my time the week prior. She said to call back the next day and she would talk with the driver once assigned the following day. Thursday (5/19) comes and I call CEVA at 0800am to get an updated delivery window. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone until around 9:20am and when I spoke with someone, I was told they would have the driver call me with an estimated delivery time that is outside of the standard 15 minutes before arrival time. Over an hour passes and the CEVA delivery vehicle gets to my house. No 15 minute before call, no text, no nothing. The driver said his prior delivery was 4 minutes away from my house and that he didn’t have time to call me. The lack of timely and accurate communication from CEVA is unacceptable. CEVA’s online scheduling system is not accurate. Employees are not interested in providing an acceptable level of customer service. When CEVA makes a promise, it’s not a promise delivered. Shame on me for thinking I’d get a different level of service from CEVA. Shame on Costco for continuing to use CEVA and support this company.

CEVA is AWEFUL. I ordered a dresser the first week of April and was told it would arrive by the 21st of that month. Then I got an update it would be delayed. No problem there I understand. Then I get a text saying I have to call to set up an appointment with them and they do not answer their phone. It felt like the phone rang 100 times till it finally hung up on me. Then I tried again, same thing, then AGAIN for a third time. Finally after 30 rings on the 4th call they answer. She tells me it actually has to be transferred to a different carrier and they would be reaching out to me by the end of the week. The week rolls by and still nothing. I just called them today, the following Monday and I have to call SEVERAL times again before I finally get and answer just to be told that they are “scanning” in now. So my dresser is still in their possession. If I had to guess what the issues are, I would say this particular location drags their feet with work and is constantly behind.Their secretary is either completely ignoring the phone or no where near it. It is now March 2nd by the way. My cloths have been sitting on the floor for over a month.

To get to the auburn facility, take hwy 167 to the 277th st exit. Head west to west valley rd take a left. Ware house is on right side about 2.5 miles down road.
