Where was our window installer?!?! We have been waiting 3 months now for windows to be replaced. I called in November and we never got a call back. My boyfriend called and had an appointment scheduled to get the windows updated they didn’t show up! What a mess! This company feels as if they are robbing money. I hope we can get our windows installed before they get forced out of business. With costumer service like this they won’t last much longer!

Waited seven months from time of filing a warranty claim to the time the windows were installed. Made several calls during those months with no response, even after promises that they would get back to me. No one showed up at first installation date and no one called. Had to file a complaint with the BBB before I got a response. After windows were finally installed, the trim work on one window came loose upon opening and wouldn't close after that. I was told I would have to file another warranty claim before it could be fixed! Had a local company fix the window rather than wait another seven months! Worst company I have ever dealt with!

We purchased Plygem Windows through a third party installer. After not even 2 years the window became cracked - as if a pressure crack. I called and emailed and filled out the warranty claim. I went through all the steps required. They took WEEKS to get back to me and then they told me “you’re not covered for that. Here is your warranty to look over”. They didn’t offer to look further into it. They didn’t offer any apologies or anything kind. I called and left a message for a manager and didn’t hear back. So called again and spoke to warranty woman, Carrie. She said if I sent pictures to her directly she would see what she could do. She then offered me free single pane of glass replacement but I would have to find someone to install it. Fine. I emailed back and said yes and thank you. I haven’t heard back from her since - that was 2 weeks ago and I’ve reached out multiple times. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Their windows are not great, they don’t have a great warranty, and their communication/customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We paid $1100 for one giant custom window and now have to pay $400 to replace part of it. I’m shocked a company like this exists.

How can I get the warranty Department to return my emails and voicemails. Even management does not return my calls. PlyGem cancelled my measurement appointment last week for no reason. Now I can't even get anyone from PlyGem to reschedule

Don't know don't use this company

Hi, I have a Ply Gem slider and the door hook lock does not grab so I can't lock the door. I've pushed the little button in the middle of lock and that doesn't help. I can't get any help from the installer :-(. How do I fix the lock?
