Walked in saw 3 employees not with customers, 2 were having there own conversation at the entry. When me and 2 others walked in they said we'll be with you in a moment. So I glanced at the galaxy for a couples minutes flip through each of them. Then realize why tf am I waiting for an employee to finish his non work related conversation(that I can hear) so I head for the door. So he pauses mid sentence, "oh was there any questions I could help answer?" Awhhhh now that I'm walking away you want to help. Joke of customer service. Literally had 1, half of a second question you should have been able to easily answer but you're to busy, I guess, sorry to waste your hrs on the clock...

I wonder if we are wasting our time to review this store, but I have to join the group that thinks they are the worst representative of a major phone carrier. This store is the only corporate store in Olympia. I must say if you go, there is 1 and 1 only good employee that works to help you. Ask for Jessica. We had a return. She helped what she could until time to go home. Then she was done. We weren’t. The other staff either ignored us or told us there was nothing they could do. In fact the manager sneaked out hoping we wouldn’t notice. We did. There was things she could have done to make the return easier but no she stayed cooped up in her office watching the clock for quitting time. We have been a Verizon customer a long time but with the declining service they provide changing providers is certainly an option. They won’t miss us.

After 5 phone calls to tech support I found myself at this location. Was trying to switch my Verizon phone over to AT&T as it's compatible and still a $500 phone. 1st associate said come back with a transfer code even though I wasn't moving numbers just carriers. Next visit after I got the transfer code the second associate could not get it working and I was then promptly told sorry I just work here. The second associate was more interested in checking his nicehash account on his phone than helping me find a solution.

Sorry they do not. If you have insurance on your device Assurion will work on your device you just have to get in contact with them! Otherwise LivIt mobile does work on devices!
