If you go into this store consider waiting for Tao to help you. He was kind, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Despite having many others waiting for his attention he took the time ,without rushing my husband and me answering all out concerns and best upgrades to select for our new phones (We were way overdue) that was affordable for us. Thank you Tao for making our experience at AT&T pleasurable and painless!! Lol You were a joy to work with.

Went to the store yesterday evening for what was a simple transaction. I needed a sim car for a replacement device. Upon coming in a sales rep greeted us asked for my number and ID. The form of ID cannot be scanned however still able to be used and valid. After that brief statement, all I got was attitude. After that interaction was done I wanted to ask about my plan, however didn’t get the chance to ask anything else because she handed me the SIM card and walked over to the next customer. As a former AT&T employee that is not the way interactions are done, wether the customer is purchasing something or not. She didn’t offer to make sure the SIM card worked just simply didn’t care. I know this is not how AT&T trains their employees, but this person needs to go back to training!

We came in here to switch to their service - but it took around 4-5 hours for them to switch a couple of phones. We had to come back multiple days after so they could finish the process. There should be a quicker and more efficient process to change phone services - and if there is, they should’ve used that method because it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing with our phone numbers. The workers there were very nice but the experience was not good - as a company, I believe there should be a way faster way to change your phone number.

If I could give a zero star I would. Soons we walk in nothing but attitude. Did a trade in, back in September. Order phone, got it mailed to me. Brought old phone in store. Thought we was done, that’s never the case. Apparently there was some sort of mix up with what kind of trade in it was. And we’re out 500 dollars. Call customer service the lady was nice and realized it wasn’t our screw up it was the stores. They didn’t give us the credit like they were suppose to. Absolutely ridiculous.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Olympia location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
It is at the Capital Mall. I do not know if this is the one where you can return Directv equipment.
