Best jalapeño poppers in LA. Though it was the 2 actual clowns with synths and sax in a Previa that really made the experience for me.

No they don't
Good evening Mr. Andrew Wang this location in particular accomadates customers with their classic outdoor setting [concrete tables w/ umbrellas], although some locations have been modernized providing indoor seating of which I've only seen in the San Fernando Valley. The Figueroa restaurant is by far my favorite, delicious Chili Dogs and crispy golden French fries... I recommend requesting them fresh out of the fryer! The best!
