After i requested more chicken and shrimp on both tostada bowls they gave me less of everything barely any beans and rice and barely even filled the bowl half way .There's so much space and you can see the shell mostly on the inside of the bowl including the bottom part of the bowl.

Not all Pollo Loco's taste the same some are better than others I love the one in Lincoln Heights I'm the one in El Monte on Garvey the one on San Fernando Road is not the greatest

Been coming here for a long time and the service and food have been consistent for a long time. Service is good, the cashier can speak Spanish and English. I've never used it, but the dining room looks pretty clean. If you take out, make sure to ask for plates.
