I have been trying to make an appointment for months and they never EVER answer the phone. It’s a joke. How does this place stay in business?

Went to get my labs done early in the morning. Claudia who is the person in laboratory is brutal and so unwelcoming. First arm she did she went in sideways and was like I’m not getting anything I need the other arm. I also asked her if I can find out what my blood type is and she replied in a rude way to go to Red Cross. She really is not a people person. Claudia, if you don’t like your job stay home. There is only one person that works here that is the best. Her name is Nancy Cortez She’s upstairs. She is the best. Goes above and beyond to be resourceful and helpful in every way possible. She gets five ⭐️ another girl at reception is also good idk her name. But some of the employees here seem so bothered to help people. Should of thought of it when you chose your career.

The worst place ever. They don’t care about you and your situation, they need to be examined by some specialists from the federal health Association or something. First of all you have to be there in person just to make an appointment. Second of all they don’t care about your situation. Third the wait times are astronomical. Starting with the women who check your temperature-very bad attitude, very rude people, the way they talk to you Is rude like you’re an animal.

Had an appointment but still had to wait to be seen. I was able to set an appointment. For what I was looking for, the woman on the phone told me that since I had MediCal, I didn’t have to pay a fee (because they aren’t my primary doctor). Then I go all the way to Highland Park just be told that they can’t do anything for me because I have a different primary doctor. Maybe double check information before assigning appointments so the patient doesn’t end up wasting time:
