Called for a ride. Asked for an estimated pickup time as the needed taxi was only needed within a given window. Was given an ETA of 30-35 minutes for arrival of initial pickup. I called them after 40, was told it'd be an additional 30-35 minutes. I cancelled as a ride would no longer be needed at that point.

We used this taxi service last night to drive to the airport because Uber and Lyft had no drivers available. Our driver I believe his name was Chuck was great! Very kind, talkative, safe, clean vehicle. We will use this taxi service again in the future.

They are usually amazing to use and the cab drivers are usually nice. I've only had 1 problem when I called to see when my cab would get here since it's been quite a bit longer than they said, the lady on the phone was a sweetheart. After I got off the cab driver called me and asked if I called someone in the moment I didn't realize he meant the lady on the phone so I said I wasn't sure, he then never showed up to pick me up and I was almost late for my train.

This was photo was taken today April 19th however this taxi is driving around with expired tabs! Real professional! The reason I took the photo is because he was sitting at green light for extended period of time and I honked, he opened his door at the light like he was going to intimidate me or beat me hahaha- WHAT THE HELL KINDA COMPANY IS THIS? Total losers in Longview - that’s cool I called the 👮‍♀️ on this pathetic company
