My 97-year-old mother-in-law has thrived since coming to Highlander Place 4 months ago. The staff have been pleasant, caring, and attentive to her needs. She feels at home there and her health has improved. We enjoy the staff and residents, too!

Jennifer is absolutely one of the best directors I’ve came across. I am absolutely baffled reading one of the nastiest/ immature reviews about her when she has done everything in her power to keep my mother safe, healthy, and occupied during these hard times. All these amazing people in this facility are at risk and the fact they are being very strict, yet keeping everyone safe is absolutely amazing. THANK YOU everyone who works at Highlander Place for risking your lives to keep all of our love ones safe and happy. Do not let negative people and their google reviews sway your choice of putting your loved ones in this facility. It’s one big loving family here. I couldn’t be more grateful for the quality of staff at Highlander.

I can't say enough about how well the staff has handled the covid issue. It's been difficult for all family members. There hasn't been a single case of the virus. They have kept us all at bay and I am sure majority of us are fine so long as our family member is safe! Thank you to the staff!
