This Pizza Hut has come along way! For a while then we order delivery it was very inconsistent and everything tasted like cinnamon. But the past few times we’ve ordered here the food has tasted great and was made perfect. Delivery is always quick. Big improvements in the past year or so!

Ordered a pizza at 5:45– the website said a 40-50 minute delivery time. At 7:05 I sat on the phone checking on my order. The person who answered said they were remaking my order because it had been sitting out too long and they had a 2 hour delivery time, and that I could expect it to be here in another hour. I don’t think a quick phone call to inform customers and being preemptive on people who may not want to wait over 2 hours for cold pizza. I just cancelled my order and waiting on a refund. Will update if the refund happens, but I’m not optimistic.

You know - we've been mostly home-cooking during the pandemic and thought to order from Pizza Hut. The manager called because they were out of something and he was so nice. The delivery man was equally kind and the pizza & wings were here very quickly and very delicious! We had a splendid evening because of their attitude and kindness!! Definitely ordering again from here!! Thank you!! So glad that I did not see these other reviews before I ordered!! Great experience!!

Ordered online one of the items that I ordered online was not entered. I was given the item for free to make up for the delay of my order .... Visit number 2 second order also wrong instead of a positive I was given a chicken pizza of some sort waited for about 2 minutes to be acknowledged by the cashier who was helping somebody else and he could not locate their order I got annoyed and left I would not recommend going to this Pizza Hut the food is so so the the service is absolutely horrible each time that I've I've gone there and it's just people standing around in the back and the kitchen who could have assisted customers but didn't...... eat elsewhere!!!!! Also don't bother doing curbside because I did that as well and I sent my car for 10 minutes so we're talking about 20 minutes of waiting for an order that should have been ready when I got there...
