The employees at this store will be the reason it ultimately closes for good. They do not care, they are indifferent if not just down right rude. You will stand at the front counter forever without being acknowledged. They just carry on with their conversation as if you aren't there, and they aren't at work. The pizza is nothing like what Pizza Hut should be. It's so dry, and what little cheese is on there is completely burnt. I wouldn't even try to order delivery from this place anymore bc you probably just won't get your pizza, but to go in as a repeat customer, tipping these people 20% to get treated like dirt, no thank you. I honestly feel bad for the managers at this store. No way they will last long. Just like the previous managers. Officially done with Pizza Hut. Terrible.

I ordered a pizza for delivery that never came. No one rang the doorbell or called. I had to call to ask about the pizza and no one had answers. I ended up having to go get the pizza. They gave me the same pizza that was made an hour ago and no refund. I will not be returning.

Ordered 3 pizzas last night on june 27th 2022, they never came just talked to a lady who started yelling for me to calm down while I was talking soft they will not issue a credit or refund me I will be reporting it to my bank so I will get my money back but how unprofessional and disrespectful. I regret even trying I know they are trifling to begin with.

This was the worst experience I've had at pizza hut. I originally placed an online order and after an hour of waiting for delivery, I called to check in and get an ETA for my delivery as it was getting late. I was told that it would take another hour and a half to get the food delivered. I live 6 minutes away from pizza hut so instead of waiting another hour and a half I told the manager that I'd come and pick up my order. I drive to the location and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes behind another customer who was already there waiting. There was no one at the front to greet us and all we heard was a bunch of what sounds like kids playing in the back and arguing over sauces. After the awkwardness the customer who was there before me screamed "excuse me" and someone yelled "we will be right with you". After about two minutes the manager came out. A short Mexican girl with long nails scratching all over her mouth without gloves. We ended up getting our orders and finally upon returning home we noticed that our food was cold and the bread sticks were burnt. The cinnamon sticks were so old and cold they split right in half when we tried to separate it. I called to let the manager know how unsatisfied we were as our order had obviously been sitting there for over an hour waiting to be delivered before I went to pick it up. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes and gave evey excuse why the food wasn't cold and why it wasn't burnt. I asked her if she'd like me to bring the food back and she declined. She said there isn't anything she could do. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone in my face. I called back a few times to collect the name of the store manager however they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I would defined not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service!

They should have made a new pizza
Just a guess - Security! Also, having someone walk in 1min to close means they have to stay open until they are gone. Those who are calling in, the rest of the staff can be doing closing duties around the baking pizzas(& deliveries).
I used to get (half and half pizza)vegetable and cheese for $14, but I have no idea about other foods they have. I am sorry.
There are not tables in the store.
